These are the terms for our service. Main Street Profile is a trade name of Tatva Construction Material, Bhopal, India. If anything is unclear, email us before you pay.

The plans

Basic. Each month you get: 8 posts on your Google listing; a reply to every review within 48 hours, in a tone you approve once; up to 10 of your own photos, cleaned up with basic edits; upkeep of your hours, holiday hours, services, listing details and questions; a monthly listing check and a one-page report. A bad review (3 stars or fewer) comes to you first. We reply only when you say yes.

Complete. Everything in Basic, plus a mobile-friendly website with hosting, SSL, uptime checks and up to 30 minutes of website changes a month.

Custom. Work such as a store, an app, a custom site or short videos, done with trusted specialists. We set out the scope and price in writing before you pay.

Anything not listed is outside the plan unless we agree it in writing.

Price and payment

For our first 10 clients, Basic is $99 a month and Complete is $149 a month. That price is locked for 12 months. Clients who join later pay $149 and $249. There is no setup fee. The first month is paid upfront by PayPal invoice. Work starts when we receive it.

Month to month, cancel any time

There is no contract. Cancel any time by email. Service ends at the end of the month you have paid for. After two paid months you can pay by card on file, or pay for 12 months at the price of 10.

14-day money-back

Not happy with your first month? Email us within 14 days of paying and we refund that payment in full. This covers the first payment only. Later or part months are not refunded.

Who owns what

You own your Google listing, your content and your photos. We ask only for manager access, and we remove it when you cancel.

What you approve

You approve the monthly plan of posts and the rules for review replies. Bad reviews go to you first.

What we don’t do

We don’t write fake reviews or pay for reviews. We don’t ask only happy customers for reviews. We can stop work if asked to do either, or to publish anything misleading.

What we can’t promise

We can’t promise rankings, calls or sales. Google runs its own platform and can change or suspend a listing. Main Street Profile is an independent service, not affiliated with Google.
